how do you rename links on the bottom navigation bar on the master

Which version of Publisher are you using?
What is the URL of your website?
Did you ungroup the bottom navbar from the navbar wizard and/or the vertical
navbar?

Do not use a Master Page in a web publication. Move everything off the
Master Page to the main page.

Provide some details, and we might be able to provide some detailed answers.
