They need to remain excel and word files so the receivers can make changes.
I think that outlook 2003 will allow this but until I get it installed to
play with I don't know. I want to get a system in place before we switch
over to office 2003.
Well there is no "binder" after Office 2000, Office XP(2002) didn't have
it either. You could "pass them around" in a zip folder/file if you
wanted to keep them together.
