How do you restore microsoft word 2000 toolbars?

When I turn on Microsoft Word I only get a page to type
on. There are no toolbars at the top of the page. I have
to access all items such as font by right clicking. How
do I get the toolbars at the top back? Thanks

Right-click in the Menu area and select the ones you want.
