There are several versions of Outlook, and every version added or
changed the feature set from the prior version. You never told us WHAT
version *you* use.
In Outlook 2002, go to Tools -> Send and Receive Settings -> Define Send
and Receive Groups, and specify the poll interval there.
Note: It is considered rude to submit a post with a blank body. If you
can't figure out anything more to say than what you put in the Subject
then just say it again in the body. Of course, in your case, more
details would've been helpful to figure out what you were actually
trying to do rather than guess at it. Perhaps you meant something other
than how often Outlook checks for new inbound emails, like maybe trying
to use the Outlook *client* as as *server* to periodically spew out
repeated messages.
