How do you search all of the internet headers in Outlook?

I am trying to modify filters for contenet inspection on emails. The
information about the spam level is placed into the header information. My
users are diligently populating a public folder with messages that the filter
is missing. I want to be able to search for specific text within the email's
internet header to help me determin the best way to change the rules to block
more spam. Thanks for your help.
