How do you send a mass distribution e-mail letting recipient only.

How can I send a mass distribution e-mail to everyone in my contact list, but
do not let everyone see all the names, but have to TO field only show each
individual recipient only.

Use the BCC field or do a Mail Merge from within Outlook or use a third
party tool;
