How do you send a Vcard without the notes field?

One of my users wants to send contact information from his contacts folder to
clients outside our firm. We use Outlook 2003, Exchange 2003 running on
WindowsXP Pro desktops and Windows2003 server.

Forwarding a contact leaves in the current categories and notes. Sending a
contact as a Vcard deletes the categories but leaves in the notes field.

Is there any way, besides copying, modifying and sending the modified
contact card to send contact information without including the categories and
note fields?

Thanks in advance.

No, you'll need to either edit the contact before creating the .vcf file or edit the .vcf file itself in Notepad.
