how do you set preferences for onenote

On my home computer when I use onenote if I send anything to onenote (in this
case lets say a email) onenote puts the email into the notebook I have open.
This is what I want to happen. At work when I use onenote when I send my
email to onenote the email always goes to unfilied notes. I do I set each
onenote to do the same action?
