How do you set the default calendar that resources use when you add them?

Hello,

If I add a resource by typing in some new initials in the Gantt view,
then go to resource sheet view, I have to change the base calendar for
the new resource to whatever calendar I am currently using for the
project. Is there a way of specifying that all new resources will use
a particular non-standard calendar when you add them?

Mike --

When you type a new resource into a project, the system automatically
assigns the Standard calendar as the Base Calendar for the resource. There
is no way to change this behavior. Sorry. To speed up the process of
specifying the Base Calendar, set the Base Calendar value for the first
resource and then use the Fill Handle to fill down the calendar setting to
each successive reource.

By the way, if you are using Project Server, you should be adding resources
to your project team using Tools - Build Team from Enterprise. Hope this
