How do you set up an msn mail (paid) to work on the iPhone?

Unable to set up msn mail/outlook to work on the iPHone. Anyone know a
workaroung. Apple in store reps unable to resolve although the iPhone
provides for a mail account selection between outlook exchange and outlook??
