I would like to set up the dates for our organization for all employees so
that each employee does not have to do it separately. I work at a college so
we have a start date, vacation dates, drop date, withdraw date, etc. This
would be very helpful info if I could figure it out.

Please help!

A public calendar would be a good place for this information.

Hello Ronda,

If you cannot setup a company calendar you could try making a iCalendar
file. If 1 person creates a iCalendar file you can easily mail it to
others (or put it on an internetsite). Those others can easily import
the appointments into their own calendar. Outlook supports the
Icalendar-format.

To make iCalendar files i created a utility that is available at:
http://www.webtech.boers.sohosted.com/iCalendar/

If you want to download examples of an iCalendar file to see how this
works, you can try:
http://www.tdf.boers.sohosted.com/UciProtouri/2006i/download2006i.aspx
(I hope you like cycling in general and the Tour de France).

If you try the utility and have any comments I like to hear them.
