How do you stop the automatic sending of email messages in Outloo.

HEW-SYNERGETICS

In my older version of Outlook, when you hit the send button from the new
message screen, the message was saved to the outbox. Now it is automatically
sent from the new message screen.
How do I get the messages "held" in the outbox UNTIL I want to send them?

Turn off send immediately. Tools, Options, Mail setup tab.
