How do you "unlock" document to write a letter???

Thanks for responding Milly:

YES! this is the trial version. I did activate it with the keycode given
and it has not expired...as I just downloaded it a few days ago.

If you use the Help->Activate, does the activation wizard pop up? Can you
complete it if it does?
