How do you UNmark messages so you can open them?

After setting my inbox for headers only, I am unable to open my messages. The
options to check "unmark header" or open don't work. How do I go back to
having the messages come directly to me from my server

This has nothing to do with Outlook Contacts. Try posting a message that
includes all the necessary details (Outlook version, mail account type,
etc.) in an appropriate group.
