How do you use two different slide designs in the same presentatio

I'm making a presentation that requires a different slide design from all the
rest of the slides, but I don't know how to merge the two on to the same
presentation. If you have any tips, please tell.

A lot depends on what version of powerpoint you are using.... even so this
