how do you work out what is linked to what

having built an access database over several years I can
no longer work out what is still being used and what is
not needed in macros, forms, modules and queries.

Is there any easy way to work out what is still active to
forms and reports and what is not??

Easy? No...not unless you use a tool like FMS Total Access Analyzer. And
even with that you still have do some manual checks.
