How Does Powerpoint handle multiple presenters

R

Roman B.

We have a meeting planned where we have 15-20 people giving powerpoint
presentations. all in succession. Is there a way to have powerpoint setup
where all the presentations are loaded and we just prompt the next one to
start. Our problem in the past has always been where the presenters have
problems finding their file (even though there is only 15-20 to choose from,
some end up clicking on the wrong presentation or clicking into the wrong
folders, which in turns causes delays.

Anyone dealt with this and know of a better way?

Dear Roman,

You can insert each presentation into a single slide show and keep the
presenter's native designs. How you do it is a little different depending on
the version of PowerPoint you are using.

2003: Insert > Slides from File. Browse to desired presentation. Double
click on file. When the Slide Finder dialog box appear, check the Keep Source
Formatting box and Insert All. Repeat this for each presenters presenters
files.

In 2007 go to the Home Tab > New Slide > Reuse Slides. In the Reuse slide
task pane at the right, check the Keep Source Formatting box then select each
slide to add it to the Main presentation.

Hope that helps.
