How get values onto X-axis?

I'm using Excel 2003 to make a chart of my blood pressure readings. The
readings are taken every 30 minutes for a 24 hour period.

It may sound basic but I can't get the X-axis to show the time of day. Can
someone tell me how to do this please.

Go to >Insert>Chart>With the Chart Wizard, step 2, Go to "Tab"> "Series" at the
bottom.
You can delete, add or change on that Tab.
Play around with it.
