How good is MCT?

I am interested in doing the MOS-Master Instructor Certification. Please post
any helpful resources for the same.I tried the Microsoft site but the
information is misleading and highly confusing right now. I saw on one of the
pages that the Master Instructor has been replaced by MCT!And the
requirements are nothing related to the Office Package.
Please help me.
