How I can I PERMANENTLY select australian dictionary only?

Every day my word, and outlook revert to the US dictionary. This is VERY
annoying.

I have checked my region set-up, and the options in office programs. it is
all set-up right, it just wont work.
maybe the question is,
How can I delete the entire US dictionary, and just leave the Australian one?
