How i Deactivate Office 2003?

I borrowed a friends office 2003 cd to try it out and see if i sould upgrade
or not and i pressed something wrong and it activated office 2003 under my
computer, how do i deactivate it or remove the activation somehow????

You can't.
If you want a trial, you should have ordered the trial CD.

You just need to uninstall Office 2003 from your computer. Give the CD back
to your friend. If your friend needs to re-install and activate Office 2003
in less than about 120 days, your friend will need to use the telephone
activation option and explain to the Microsoft representative how you messed
up. After about 120 days, internet activation should work again.
