How I get an motel ISP to let me send mail?

I keep getting 550 errror message when I try to send emails from any motel
wireless connection. I understand why I have this problem, but I don't
understand how to fix it. I have talked to both my home ISP and the motel
ISP. The problem is with the motel ISP. I need to know what to do to get
them to fix this--the told me the server name, but my ISP says that they need
to make a change in the motel server.

The 550 error would've have a comment field with it that would've
provided more description, so you omitted some information that may have
been helpful in determining the cause of the problem. You might
understand the problem but you didn't show it to us. Don't summarize,
truncate, describe, or paraphrase an error message. Show it in full.

Configure the e-mail account in Outlook to authenticate to the SMTP mail
host.

You might have to change from port 25 when connecting to the SMTP mail
host if the network to which you connect blocks e-mail traffic over port
25 that targets a mail host off that network (i.e., you are attempting
to connect to an off-domain mail host). See what other ports on which
the target mail host listens, like maybe 587 (non-SSL) or 465 (SSL).
