How I get back my deleted ducuments because of cutting the curent

Dear sir:
I was working on Word office 2007........ Suddenly, the current of
electricity went down......... I lost my document........ How can I RECOVER
it?

I doubt if you will be able to find it. It just goes to prove, save
early and often.

On Request

I have my Save AutoRecover information every 10 minutes set in Word
Options|Save....possibly you will have an automatically saved copy in
C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Word\...take a look for
it...Word should also offer you a Recovered Document when you start it
again.
