How i include Control Panel icon in the outlook

I have the following question :

1. Is there any easy way to find the answer of any question related to
outlook and the the quick response in the user friendly language.

2. How to include Control Panel icon in the out look.

3. How to make back copies of Outlook files like
Contact/Tasks/Notes/Calender setting and Mails and so on.

4. I am using couple of email addresses one is Hotmail and is related to My
ISP. Hotmail is ok but ISP name always display Email account like
64.90.232.999 (The name of my incoming server which looks abnormal on my
screen.)

Kindly reply me on noise level, i am searing above question for the last 2
weeks but always get the response in very high profile like i am the bill
gate or son of billgate i am simple human being, so reply me in simple or
otherwise inform me only that we will not reply you as u want then i will
sleep tight.

You can't include a Control Panel applet in Outlook.

"64.90.232.999" isn't an email account, but would be an IP address, if it
weren't for the "999" part, which can't occur in any IP address. The
highest any octet can go is "255".

I'm afraid I simply don't understand your fourth question.
