how i print windows login id in footer

our school want student print the final work via network during exam, but
need add-in certain security to prevent cheating. Want to know how to print
our the footer with user login id.

spec : -
clients : windows xp sp2, office xp sp3
server : windows 2000 server
application : ms word, excel, powerpoint
