how i read rsm files? does anybody know?

I am having trouble reading srm files. I would to know what to do to change
the format of the file. and what's are the steps to follow.

Could be - might not be.

Have you tried asking the file's originator what program it was created with
and if he/she can send it to you in a format you can read?
