Microsoft Access?
If you are trying to do this in MS Outlook, you will need to repost to an
Outlook newsgroup. You will need to be a bit more specific. I think that
how to send a mail message is pretty intuitive. If you can't do it, you
might want to explain how far you can get and why you are unable to send it.
Are you able to add the email, but can't send it?
In any case, please post this to an Outlook newsgroup if you are using
Outlook. Outlook Express if you are using Outlook Express, etc. If you are
using Microsoft Access, then you will have to explain a bit more. are you
trying to build a button on a form, or are you using a form that someone
else built?
