How install ProofingTools2003 on new Vista machine

ProofingTools with Vista and Office2007

I purchased ProofingTools2003 over a year ago. I now have a new PC with Vista
and Office 2007. When I tried to install Proofing Tools 2003 again I get an
error message saying it is not compatible. How can I resolve?
