how is can calculate the overtime hours

i spouse company work 5 days a week, from Sunday to thursday, friday and
saturday off, the working hours from 7:30 AM to 2:30 PM, how is can
calculate to extra hours that each employee work
Forexample if one employee came to work from 5:30 AM to 4:pm how i can
calculate the extra hours minus the normal hours and who i can seperate the
working days from off days in the calculation, of days all hours are overtime
hours

please urgent i need help
