I know I already asked this question last year, but I completely redid my
website and I wanted to know what everyone thought of it. I know the load
time is terrible. If anyone has any suggestions for making it load faster
please tell me. Remember to be honest. If there's anything you don't like

To begin with, the image file sizes are too much for many people to downoad
in a reasonable time frame.

Great stuff Louie!
Download IrFanview (its free) use it to optimize all your images so your
pages will load faster.
Also, you may want to rename your pages, remove the spaces in the file
names (they will appear as %20).

About Eleuthera.htm took several minutes to download...too long.

When I'm at 1.3 DSL and it went past 30 seconds loading, I bailed out.
It didn't fit the my screen either. Needs much work. If you worked on
that site for a year, you need to go to night school and learn
programming!!

It's very nice! I didn't have any problem loading the main page.
I enjoyed the photos and your comments with the photos.

As Rob said, download and install IrfanView www.irfanview.com and use it to
resize / resample your images to the actual sizes used on the page.
Also when you save them, save them at 75% quality, which will further reduce
the file size.
