How is my www site? :-)

Not bad, Brian, for a start. Of course, it looks like a canned FrontPage
web, but that's where you begin. Now you will want to learn more about HTML
and how to design your site with its own unique look and feel.

Thanks, I appreciate your comments. But believe it or
not, a lot of people use the 'canned' templates in
FrontPage...you have to start somewhere! :)

But, Brian, if you "desire to make a living out of this", it's not the way
to go. ;-)

But, if you want to make a living at it, it's kind of like the difference
betweeen a restaurant that sells stamped out, Stouffer's from a box, factory
food and one that sells made-from-scratch Coq a Vin.

And as you said, "a lot of people use the 'canned' templates". Not much
money to be made doing the same thing a lot of other people are doing.

I agree that you have to create something unique, professional and effective to be successfull in website design and development. It doesn't have to be complicated just well designed and planned out. Get about 3 different oppions of your site before you publish from different types of people.

Remember constructive criticism helps you become a better producer of anything.

Study design and how images on a page or computer help lead your view and keep them intriqued with the subject matter. Both space between words, empty space or not enough space can loose your viewer with just a click.
