How is "undisclosed recipients" done in emails for groups?

I would like to set up the "undisclosed recipients" for my emails to
students. I do not know how to do it or if it is possible without any major
software merge.

Well, a mail merge with Word isn't really a major thing, you can look at
Help to figure out how to do that, or you just BCC everyone. Personally,
I'd do the mail merge since it is a bit better than getting an email addressed
to no one, but that's me.
