How long does Outlook 2k3 retain Calendar Items? I have a user who dosn't
seem to have anything older than 2 years. Any chance it is still housed
locally?

Outlook retains them forever. Check whether they have their Autoarchive set
to archive them. Tools | Options | Other Tab | Archive. That's where
you'll find their settings and be able to see the destination folder.

If they have been Archiving in 2003, the Archive.pst should be visible in
the Folder list within Outlook.

We checked in the archive however people don't alwayes archive from the
Mailbox level as they should and instead do it for just the Inbox. What about
a migration (Moving a mailbox from one server to another), any chance that
could wipe out Calendar objects?

The Calendar is in the same file as the rest of their Outlook Data. So that
probably isn't the cause - unless they also lost the rest of their Outlook
data when you moved them?.

Right-click the Calendar folder, choose Properties, and select the
AutoArchive tab. Anything there?
