how make numbers hyperlink in table of content

I have created a table of content by marking the entries, but I am unable to
hyperlink with the associated page number in the table of content. Please
help!

if you do not know the answer to the question you should just be quiet. you
do now have to be nasty......

I believe what Carey was trying to say is we don't have a lot of
information to go on. This is an Office newsgroup so including the
application and version you are using is helpful. (I suspect you are
using Word, though.)

We need to understand what is happening exactly so we can help you and
actually the KB article Carey cited does include some good pointers on
how to include the details we need. :)

With that in mind:

What do you mean by marking the entries? Did you use Heading styles or
did you use TC fields?
Did you use Insert/Reference/Index and Tables to create the TOC?
What do you mean by "I'm unable to hyperlink with the associated
pages"? Are you saying you can't click the TOC entry or are you trying
to create your own hyperlinks?
