It all depends on your license agreement. If you have a corporate
agreement, it will spell out the installation limitations. If you do not
have a special agreement that allows installation on multiple PCs, then
generally the license is for one user on one computer. Sometimes the End
User License Agreement (EULLA) that came with your purchased copy of
Project will allows a user to install Project on one desktop PC and one
portable.
So, a) check with your company IT department, or b) read the EULA which
may be hardcopy or electronic (I've always seen it displayed with an
"accept" or "do not accept" when software if loaded for the first time).
