How many email addresses can I include in one message?

Have asked Earthlink and they say I can only send to 40 addresses at one
time. I have a recently combined distribution lists and now have 350
addresses in one list and want to send via outlook. Will that work?

Earthlink sets the limit; not Outlook.

You can send it by other means like splitting the dl or use mail merge
instead.

It's in an Outlook DL form? Save it as a text file (either file save or
click forward in internet format) and copy out the names, paste them in a
new DL (http://www.slipstick.com/Tutorials/create/dl.asp)

It's fairly easy to split a DL. WHile ciewing your Contacts folder,
right-click and drag the DL a little distance. Release the mouse button and
choose Copy. This will give you two identical DLs. Open the second one,
give it a new name, and remove half of the entries in it. Save and close.
Now open the original and remove the entries you didn't remove from the
second DL. Save and close. You now have two DLs that together are what
your old DL contained.
