How many licences come with Office 2003?

I have a copy of Office 2003 Professional I got from a MS training seminar.
My mother needs a copy of Office for a new job. Can I install a copy on her
computer while keeping a copy on mine? Or do I need to get a second copy?

Can I install Office 2007 over my old 2003 copy, and will that change the
product key, then install 2003 on my mother's computer?

And why didn't Microsoft include Outlook in the 2007 student/home edition?
I do not find OneNote useful.

If the version of Office 2007 is an upgrade version, then your old
2003 copy is "linked" to the upgrade and cannot be sold or
transferred. Office 2007 Home and Student doesn't come in an upgrade
package and it can be installed on three computer within the "family"
but it isn't supposed to be used for "business" use.

No, the Office 2003 Professional would be used for the buisness, while I
would use the 2007 Home/Student edition. I'm just wondering if it will
overwrite the Office 2003 on my PC (Changing the product code) so that I can
install the 2003 on my mother's computer.

It changes the product key. Assuming that Office 2003 Pro wasn't an
upgrade, go for it.
