How many recipients can I include in the address line?

I have one email that I needs to get 600 people, with a handful of "cc" folks.

I get error message 0x800CCC3C - Server Responded "Too many recipients". I
tried all 600 in the address line, then 300, but still get the error message.
Distribution lists don't work either as I tried that earlier. Same error

I much prefer sending "one email" one time to all 600 people. HELP!

Talk with your ISP/Company to see what options are open to you since it is
they who are limiting how many recipients they will allow per message.
(ISPs do this to prohibit the sending of unsolicited commercial e-mail
[spam].)
