How move mail folders from outlook express to outlook

On my PC I have always used Outlook Express. I also have Outlook installed
on it but have never used it. I have decided to switch to Outlook and would
like to move my mail folders on different subject from Outlook Express to
Outlook. Can someone direct me to a guide or provide instructions on how to
do that?

Start Outlook Express. Click File>Export>Messages. Follow the prompts.
