I'm not sure what you mean by "this service," but posting to this newsgroup
is free. Note that it is a peer-to-peer group (users helping users), not a
group that is staffed by Microsoft employees answering questions.

IG, I am assuming that you meant to post this response to your original
thread from 7-7-06 that Tom Willett answered. If so, please respond to a
thread, or to give thanks for help in-line with the original thread or you
will get the responses you see here. Don't create a new one as this
confuses the issues.

Ahhhhh, that makes SO much more sense! There's another thread -- no wonder
so many of us were confused.

Problem is that the OP is using the web interface and probably won't see
this post. HeSheIt (read that out loud fast) posted at 6:28 AM EDST on the
