How much ink is left in a cartridge?

Where do I look to determine how much ink is left in a cartridge ? I have
tried under 'File/Print/Preferences but can't see it.

If such a thing is possible with your particular printer, you will find that
information in the documentation that came with your printer.

Maybe under Tools for your printer, if such was installed when you installed
the printer software.Consult your printer Help/Book.
It is not a facility supported by any other App.

need to know that this newsgroup is for Office (as in Microsoft) issues, not

Have you tried looking in your..................um, ear? ;-)

(No, I wasn't going to say *ear* originally but it seemed nicer than the
dark cavity I was going to suggest.)
