Show Ink Excel

Hi new member here, thanks for the forum.

I am the IT guy for a company that has the sales people sign contracts with customers in Excel with their fingers.

I have noticed that sometimes this does not work. Sometimes when Show Ink under the Review tab is clicked the inking element does not show up. I have tried to go to Draw but that only shows a straight line drawn in the cell when I test with my autograph.

Has anyone seen this before or any thoughts?
