How position text, set backgroung color etc?

I need create a CD cover./MS Word 2000.
1. I have made a cover already- I have placed picture in a
text box(since CD cover template has strict borders and I
need place a picture exactly inside these borders,I can do
this only using a text box), now I just need
insert album name on a selected place.
How I can position text? I try use > Insert WordArt, but
can no position text -it stay on picture center, dont
allow set exact position. How adjust a right place?
Also, can its possible use standard text, not a WordArt?

2.Also, how set backgroung color for *cover* template(when
I try set backgroung color Format -> Background -> color,
something goes wrong: it applied color to whole Word
doc,also all formating crash.( i need only inside cover
borders)

If I were doing this, I'd insert the text as text and place the picture
Behind Text. WordArt has the same placement options as pictures; for this,
please see my reply to your previous question.
