How Refresh ActiveX control on Web after upgrading?

How Refresh ActiveX control on Web after upgrading?
After I compiled and create new version of ActiveX control and put in the
web page.
But, client side shows still old version. I want to force client browser
download and shows new version automatically. How can I do this?
How can I force the browser shows always new version of ActiveX control?

I'm looking for way that my application automatically force the browser to
show new version of activeX control without asking a user to change internet
option if new version is found!
Is this possible???
or how can I do?

Any comment will help!!
