How remove an auto-populating name/email when not in Contacts?

I had an email accidently populate with a name I didn't want to use. The
name is not part of my Contacts folder nor the company's Global Address book.

How do I remove that name/email from the autopopulate/ autocheck list? Is
this a registry storage?

Remove individual addresses from the autocompletion cache by highlighting
the entry when presented in the suggested names list (use your arrow key to
migrate to the entry) and then hitting your Delete key before you tab out of
the field. To clear the entire cache, follow the instructions here:
