How remove frames from standard format

I have Outlook 2007. When starting a new email there is a frame around the
text now. I can remove it on the individual email but any replies come back
in a frame. How do I remove the frame setting on all my emails ?

Are you using templates or stationery?

I am exactly in the same situation. I do not use stationary or templates and I am getting crazy finding a solution, someone knows it ?
