How resolve critical error during startup of Business Contact Mgr

I recently purchased a Fujitsu tablet. I installed Office 2007 and then
Business Contact Manager for Outlook. The computer only had 1 GB RAM which
prevented BCM to run. I uninstalled BCM but then starting getting a SQL
error at every power up. I upgraded to 4 GB RAM and then reinstalled BCM
including SP2. The SQL error went away. However when starting Outlook and
following the BCM set up steps it created a new BCM database but then I got
an error screen noting BCM "encountered a critical error during startup and
will be removed from this profile". I tried Outlook again with the same
problem. I checked the Microsoft site for fixes with no luck. I uninstalled
BCM again and reinstalled it including SP2 with still the same problem
occuring. I'm stuck. How do I get BCM to finish installing correctly so I
can use it with Outlook? Thanks in advance for any help!!

1) If on Vista, try running Outlook as Admin once.
2) Try deleting HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Business
Solutions eCRM. Contents will get regenerated.

Part 2 was helpful in resolving a problem that was reported for Business
Contact Manager for Outlook 2007 on Windows 7. One message was "... you do
not have the permissions to logon"; another was " a critical error during
startup".
