How reverse print order in Word 2007??

I cannot find the option for reverse print order in Word 2007. In Word
XP it was easy to find and use.

Has it been removed from Word 2007?

Any help appreciated

Hi Mary,

You can do it a couple of ways. First, through the printer's properties.

In Word use the Office logo button then click the arrow at the right of 'Print' then the next 'Print' choice (or Alt,F,W,P) to get
to the old print dialog then choose 'Properties' for the printer you're using.

Or, for the Word Option Setting,

Office Button->Word Options=>Advanced (Alt,T,O,A) and scroll down to the 'print' choices to se the 'Print pages in Reverse Order'
option in Word.

It is maybe easier to just put in the page numbers a range from last
page to first page eg.

Page Range: 46-1

You can still use "Odd Pages" or "Even Pages" only.

In Word 2003 it was easier as it was on the "Options" button of the
printer dialogue.

The option is still in Word 2007. What's confusing is that if you click the
Options button in the Print dialog, the Word Options dialog opens to the
Display tab (I have no idea why there are _any_ printing options on the
Display tab, but there you are...). Click the Advanced tab and scroll down
to the Print group, where you'll find "Print pages in reverse order".
