How set connector Line Jumps in Visio 2003?

Using Visio 2003, creating flow charts. Need to have connectors show Line
Jumps at intersections of connectors. Tried both the "Page Setup" and
"Dynamic Connector" settings from Help. Neither one works, I cannot get Line
Jumps. Also, in "Help" for setting jump style for an individual connector,
it states to click the "Connector" tab -- mine does not even have a Connector
tab displayed.

How can I create Line Jumps?

It sounds like you are working with lines and not connectors. To Visio
there is a difference. Create a connector using the Connector tool on the
Standard toolbar.

Your suggestion is the same as the Help in Visio, which is what I followed.
However, using a connector and following the steps in Help I could not get
the line to 'jump' the other line it was crossing. Any other suggestions??
