How set large font size in preview pane for all incoming emailin Outlook 2002

I require the preview pane to display email contents in
large fonts at all times when a new email message is
previewed.
How do I set the font size universally for all incoming
email to be viewed in large font?

As far as I know this is only available if the message is in Plain Text, Tip
if you have a wheel mouse then hold down the Ctrl key while revolving the
wheel mouse
